PolyCoat 2000 HCR

PolyCoat 2000 HCR is a two component 100% solid epoxy system which is highly chemical resistant to inorganic acids, organic acids, alkalies and solvents (98% Sulfuric Acid, 37% hydrochloric Acid, organic acids, alkalies and solvents).

PolyCoat 2000 HCR has a very high heat deflection temperature up to 180°F. It is a moisture insensitive, low temperature curing material up to 34°F.

Surface Preparation

Concrete

Concrete surface should be structurally sound, free of oil, grease, loose paint. Concrete surface must be throughly chemically clean or preferably scarified or blast tracked

Steel

Steel surface must be sand blasted to white metal with profile according to SSPA specification #10

Wood

Surface should be neat, clean, free of oil, grease, loose paint. All cracks and joints should be patched first before applying the coating or resurfacing material
